(1) Researchers have also assembled 70 quality indicators for chiropractic delivery that are standardized as well as evidence-based that take into account patient concerns and enhanced clinical outcomes. Core stabilization exercises are commonly recommended to back pain patients. A new study that incorporated diaphragmatic breathing exercises found many advantages for chronic low back pain patients: enhanced muscle activity, chest expansion, quality of sleep, enhanced disability and physical activity and pain scores, reduced fear avoidance, and better physical activity, and more.
